Digital banking is part of a larger context of the evolution of the economy and follow the technical evolutions as well as the fast growing access to connected devices. This evolution from traditional banking to digital banking has been progressive and still continue to this day, translating in an heterogenous degree of banking services digitalization.
This digital revolution started with the introduction of mobile banking by the mobile providers who quickly left the banks in their trail.
In this context, financial institutions are incentivized to benefit from this digital transformation of financial services. This new approach of banking seems to have a deep impact on the bank operations. Digital banking allows a dematerialization of the entire scope of the “classical” banking services ( e.g. consultation, transfer, checkbook order or online account management). This dematerialization has three main objectives : ease client operations, attract new clients and reduce operational costs.
The understanding by the banks of the advantages of investing into digitalization is strengthen by the emergence of digital awareness by clients increasing their expectations and needs.
This training has been developed for the agents of financial institutions
The objective is to support the trainee in acquiring the following concepts :
- Understanding of the foundation of digital banking, the different digital elements and its distribution channels and softwares;
- Learning about the challenges and objectives of a digital bank;
- Develop habits and practices adapted to a digital banking era;
The training is composed of 3 lessons :

- Lesson 2: “The challenges and objectives of digital banking”
- Lesson 3: “The role of agents in the era of digital banking”
At the end of the training you will be invited to a final test. Based on this test result you will be granted an electronic certificate to testify of your success.
